MISSION/VISION

MISSION

At Rewriting Stories, we empower single parent families to rewrite their narratives through our 4 pillars of H.O.P.E., housing, opportunities, partnerships and encounters. Our mission is for every family to have access to stable, affordable housing, to find support and resources they need to transform their lives and create brighter futures for themselves and their children.

VISION

Rewriting Stories envisions single parent families moving from surviving to thriving, reducing negative statistics, and building a community where every family can succeed.

Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world.

WHY SHOULD YOU HELP?

The negative statistics affecting single-parent families don't just impact individual families, they have a profound impact on the fabric of the communities and the world YOU live in. By empowering single moms and raising up strong Godly single fathers, we are addressing the root causes of many societal challenges. With your support, we can reduce the negative statistics leading to healthier, more stable communities for everyone.

As believers and followers of Jesus, we are called to act on our faith. In the book of James, we are reminded of our responsibility to care for the fatherless and the widows. By extending our hands in support and compassion, we not only fulfill this biblical mandate but also embody the love and grace of Christ in our communities. Join us in making a difference in the lives of single parents and their children, fulfilling our calling to serve those in need. Together, we can create a brighter future for each individual family and our society as a whole.
